Service Update: Change to monthly invoice date

Effective from September 1, Maxsum clients will receive Monthly Service Agreement Invoices on the first working day of each month, for work to be performed in the same month.

Monthly Service Agreement Invoices were previously issued in the last week of the previous month in advance for works carried out in the coming month.

We trust that this change will be well-received and don’t expect it will incur any financial or operational implications for clients.  

Please note that payment periods and t&cs  remain unchanged.
