I started Maxsum Solutions here in Bendigo in 2001 after spending a few years studying and working overseas. It was great to come home and be close to family again, but it was also really interesting to see how much Bendigo had changed and grown while I was away.

And now, more than 10 years later, I look back at how we were then and I realise that the cycles of change and growth continue.

At Maxsum Solutions we lead business growth through technology, but we also understand that it’s not the technology that matters. It’s the people. And at different times and stages, different people need different things.

In Bendigo, Japan and the United States, I’ve worked on the theory that if you put people first, you’ll always be able to deliver great service and our business has grown in line with our investments in our community and our staff.

I am inspired every day by the opportunity to solve old business problems with new business technology and Maxsum Solutions has attracted some seriously accomplished people; our team is always evolving and that means we can come up with the right solution for our clients.

Making decisions that affect our staff and customers is a responsibility I take very seriously, but it’s also a challenge I welcome.  I consult, take advice and research and at the end of the day our business direction is set by the values I was raised with, the values I trust.

At Maxsum Solutions we’re all travelling in the same direction, with the same goal in mind. And that is to deliver world class business technology services from Bendigo … to the world.
